Kliday is a directory of hair salons, barbershops and beauty centres where you can book appointments, and a tool those businesses use to manage their calendar, team, clients and till.

Kliday does not provide the services you book. Each business provides them and is responsible for their price, quality and care. Kliday does not charge for those services either: you pay at the business.

• Use real details and keep them up to date, especially your email and phone: we use them to tell you about your appointments.
• You sign in with a code we email you or with Google. Do not share the code or access to your email: you are responsible for what is done from your account.
• You must be at least 14. If you are younger, ask a parent or guardian to book for you.
• Each account belongs to one person. In a business, each team member signs in with their own account.

• Booking on Kliday is free. We do not ask for a card or charge anything to people who book.
• When you book, you commit to the business to show up at the time you chose. If you can't, cancel or change the appointment from your account as soon as possible.
• The business may confirm, move or cancel your appointment. If it does, we let you know.
• Businesses can see how many times you didn't show up or cancelled late and, if it keeps happening, stop accepting your online bookings.
• The business sets the price and how you pay. If you have a complaint about the service, raise it with the business.

By registering your business, you declare that you act as a professional or company, not as a consumer, and that you can accept these terms on its behalf. You also agree to:

• Publish accurate information: services, prices, opening hours, address and photos.
• Attend the appointments you accept, or let the client know if you can't.
• Follow the rules for your activity, including consumer, health and data protection rules.
• Decide who on your team can access the dashboard and with what permissions, and remove access for anyone who leaves the business.

• When you sign up you choose a plan and billing period, no card needed. Pro and Plus include a free 14-day trial on monthly billing and 30 days on yearly. Essential has no trial: the first month costs 4 €.
• After that, you pay for your plan monthly or yearly (yearly costs the same as 11 months). Prices and what each plan includes are on the page for businesses.
• If you choose a plan during the trial, the first charge comes when the trial ends. The trial is the one for the plan and billing period you subscribe to, counted from sign-up.
• No plan has a minimum term: you can cancel at any time.
• Prices exclude VAT. The invoice is issued to your business, with its tax ID, and without VAT under the reverse charge mechanism: your business accounts for it.
• Kliday charges no commission, neither on your clients nor on those who find you through the directory. You only pay for your plan.
• WhatsApp packs are a one-off payment, are added to your balance and never expire. They are used once the messages included in your plan run out, only on Pro or Plus, and are non-refundable.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. Kliday never sees or stores your card details.
• Your plan renews automatically at the start of each monthly or yearly period and is charged in advance.
• If you upgrade, the change is immediate and the prorated difference is charged. If you downgrade or switch from yearly to monthly, the change applies at renewal.
• If we change the price of your plan, we will email you at least 30 days in advance. If you don't agree, you can cancel before it applies.

• You can cancel your plan at any time from Plan and billing in the dashboard. It stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew.
• We do not refund the unused part of a period, unless the law requires it.
• If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a few days and you keep access. Update your card from Plan and billing.
• If the trial ends without choosing a plan, or the plan is cancelled or unpaid, your business becomes read-only: your data stays there, but you can't make changes or receive online bookings until you choose a plan.
• If you want to close your business on Kliday and delete its data, write to us at [email protected].

You are the controller of your business's client records. Kliday processes them on your behalf as a processor (Article 28 GDPR), and this section is the processing agreement between us. Kliday agrees to:

• Process that data only to provide the service and according to your instructions.
• Make sure only the people who need it can access it, under a duty of confidentiality.
• Protect it with appropriate security measures, such as permission-based access and encrypted connections.
• Use only the providers listed in the privacy policy and tell you if we add one, so you can object.
• Help you handle your clients' requests (access, correction, deletion…) and notify you without delay of any security breach that affects them.
• When the service ends, delete the data or hand it over if you ask, except what the law requires us to keep.

For your part, you agree to have a legal basis for processing your clients' data and to inform them about it.

• What you publish (text, photos, logo) remains yours. You allow us to show it on Kliday and in appointment notifications while it is published.
• Only publish content you have the rights to and that does not infringe anyone else's.
• Kliday, its brand, design and software belong to Corotrips LLC. You may not copy them or use them outside the service.

• Making fake bookings or booking to block a business's calendar.
• Pretending to be another person or business.
• Using contact details you see on Kliday to send unsolicited advertising.
• Copying Kliday's content or data in bulk or by automated means.
• Trying to access other people's accounts or data, or bypassing security measures.
• Publishing illegal, offensive or misleading content.

We may suspend or close an account or business if it breaches these terms, does not pay, or to protect other users. Except in serious or urgent cases, we will warn you first and tell you why.

You can stop using Kliday whenever you like. To delete your account, follow the steps in the privacy policy.

We work to keep Kliday running at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, technical faults or reasons beyond our control. Whenever we can, we will announce them in advance.

Kliday is not responsible for the services businesses provide or for agreements between a business and its clients.

If you run a business, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid Kliday in the 12 months before the event that gives rise to it, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

If we change anything important, we will publish it here with the new date and email you at least 30 days before it applies. If you don't agree, you can stop using Kliday or cancel your plan before that date.

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

If you book as a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts where you live. Before that, write to us at [email protected] and we will try to sort it out.
